As a Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Janis specialises in workplace and family mediation. Janis’ background in Employee Assistance Programs and WorkCover mediation gives her deep insight into workplace challenges, and she is committed to creating positive, safe cultures. Passionate about conflict resolution for separating couples, employers, and business owners, Janis guides clients toward fair and constructive outcomes.
Libby Reardon
Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Parenting Co-ordinator and Collaborative Family Lawyer
Libby is a trained collaborative family lawyer, parenting coordinator and family dispute resolution practitioner accredited under the Attorney General’s Department. She is a creative problem solver who focuses her practice on non-adversarial dispute resolution and settlement. Her objective is to assist families to take a solution-focused approach to separation which avoids escalation of conflict, protects their ability to make their own choices and assists families to move more quickly into new, settled lives. Libby also has a degree in Finance, so is well equipped to understand and assist separating couples to reach effective property settlements.
