Our prices are fixed to ensure there are no hidden fees or surprises.

Workplace, Commercial and Business Mediation Fees

This Includes:

Intake and Pre-Mediation Session:

  • A one-hour confidential session with each participant including the company representative

  • All reasonable preparation time including phone calls, emails and reading of documents

  • Gain clarity of the issues. Negotiation and communication skills training.

Mediation Conference

  • Three-hour mediation conference with both participants

  • All reasonable preparation time including phone calls, emails and reading of documents

  • All typed Heads of Agreement forwarded to the company representative

  • Additional time: $ 310 .00 per hour.

Post Mediation Follow Up

·         A courtesy one month follow up phone call to the participants and the company representative. Additional mediation can be arranged if required.

  • Terms and Conditions

    ·         Prices are based on two participants only.

    ·         Fees are payable one week prior to the mediation taking place. 

    ·         Fees are payable regardless of an agreement being reached.

    ·         If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours 30% of the fee will be payable.   If same day cancellation occurs 50% of the fee will be payable.

    ·         Travel: $105.00 per hour.

    ·         If room hire is required the mediator will find an appropriate venue and invoice the company accordingly.

    ·         Additional time: $310.00 per hour.
